Rules

 

Dress Code:

• Wear attire specifically for Pilates, ideally body-hugging to facilitate posture correction.
• Practice in socks suitable for Pilates.
• Remove jewelry and watches before the session.

Hygiene:

• Wash your hands upon arrival using the provided liquid soap and disposable towels.
• Respect the schedule to minimize crossing paths with others at the reception.
• Surfaces are disinfected between classes, with special attention to high-contact areas.
• The studio is regularly ventilated and equipped with an air filtration system.

Classes:

• Duration of a session: 55 minutes.
• Arrive no more than 5 minutes before the class starts.

Cancellations:

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance and before 1:00 PM; otherwise, the session is considered completed.
• Maximum of 3 cancellations allowed per package of 10 sessions, 1 cancellation per package of 5 sessions.
• Cancel via SMS or voicemail.
• Classes are personal and non-transferable. Absence for more than one month results in the loss of the slot.

Payments:

• Pay for courses or packages before the first session.
• The package is non-refundable if the student discontinues.
• Accepted payments: check or cash.

Rates:

• Duration of a session: 55 minutes.
• Time slots are exclusively reserved for you.
• The validity of the package is time-limited. Sessions not used within this period are considered completed.
• Osteopathy consultations are not included in the Pilates package.

These rules ensure an effective, hygienic, and organized class experience for all participants.

Private lessons are reserved exclusively for each of the students. To preserve a regular and effective practice, the validity of the bond is limited in time. Classes not given during the period of validity of the bond will be considered as executed.

Session out of bond: € 99.90

1st session: € 99.90 session duration: 80’
5 session bond: € 475 bond validity: 6 weekss
10 session bond: € 800 bond validity: 13 weeks
Osteopathy sessions reserved only for clients: € 90 duration 55’. Osteopathy sessions are not included in Pilates Bonuses.
