The union of the osteopath and Pilates teacher
Cristina began her professional career as a fitness instructor in 1992 in Madrid (Spain). Confronted, daily, with the physical problems of her clients, she decides to study osteopathy. After having worked in Madrid, she chose to settle in Paris at the end of the 2000s. She was the first European osteopath to obtain the approval of the Paris DASS. Cristina teaches her courses in French, Spanish and English.
As an osteopath, Cristina treats children, adults and seniors. Her patients (women, children, seniors, adults, athletes …) appreciate her sensitivity, her involvement and her professionalism.
Cristina choses to start practicing the Pilates method due to the physical pain associated with the daily professional exercise of osteopathy. With discipline in the practice of the method, she quickly obtains good results and understands that prevention is better than cure and that if Pilates is practiced on a regular basis, prevention is lasting over time.
Cristina is a graduate of Nature Pilates (a school authorized by the Pilates Method Alliance – PMA), directed by Ricardo Jaramillo, one of the most prestigious teachers in Europe and Latin America.
Cristina improves and increases her knowledge of the method, on a regular basis, by participating in seminars with Brett Howard of Pilates Haus (Jersey – USA), “teacher of teachers” and Jean-Claude Nelson of Bluebird Pilates (Munich – Germany).

Cristina has managed to develop a unique Pilates approach. The first session begins with a detailed history of the client. The particular look of the osteopath is always present. Cristina maximizes the application and effectiveness of the Pilates method thanks to her experience as an osteopath.
The duration of each session (55 minutes) allows to optimize the training tools adapting them to the real client/ student’s needs. An individualized training then begins, allowing the goal to be reached.
